01. What does the HOA fee cover?

The HOA fee covers community maintenance, landscaping, common area upkeep, insurance and management fees

HOA dues are due every quarter on the 15th of January, April, July and October.  You can send a check to Banning Management or pay online at truist.com/payments.  If paying online you’ll need your homes serial and unit numbers to log in.

There are 148 homes in Saddlewood

All exterior changes to your house require HOA board approval.  Please fill out an ARC form request located here and submit it to banning@banmgtinc.com.

The streets and sidewalks within Saddlewood are public and owned and maintained by the City of Jacksonville. Please refer to the numbers below to report issues such as parking in the street, potholes, cracks in the sidewalk or noise after 10pm or before 6am.

1.To report cars parked in the street, contact JSO at 904-630-0500

2.To report potholes in the street, contact 904-630-CITY (2489)

3.To report sidewalk cracks or other sidewalk issues, contact 904-630- CITY (2489)

Property owners are responsible for keeping sidewalks clear of low hanging limbs, overgrowth and debris.  The City of Jacksonville requires a minimum overhead clearance of 7.5 feet over the entire width of the sidewalk, though exact clearance requirements and specifics can depend on your local zoning.  Please check with the City for your specific circumstances.  

If you would like to report overgrowth or limbs impacting a sidewalk in Saddlewood, please contact 904.630.CITY or submit a ticket to the City online and they will reach out to the homeowner that borders the impacted sidewalk.
