Saddlewood Awarded Neighborhood Grant!

Saddlewood submitted a grant package in December 2025 and was awarded today, 5/14/2026, for the below projects:

1. Replacing/adding to the playground equipment
2. Pressure washing the front wall and common areas at the community park
3. Front island refresh, including removal and replacing plants
4. Replacing and/or moving crepe myrtles on the center islands

THANK YOU to the residents that assisted with providing ideas, meeting with vendors, gathering quotes and spending countless hours creating the grant package for presentation.
