With spring just around the corner, it’s time to wake up your outdoor spaces. Get outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and warm sunshine!
Pressure washing, leaf raking, shrub/tree pruning, sprinkler repair and fence inspecting/repair are a few of the checklist items to freshen up your outdoor space.
As a reminder, trash cans must be kept out of sight, excluding trash day. In the garage, behind a fence, etc.
Pardon our dust! The below list is not meant to be all inclusive of maintenance occurring regularly, but provides a view of ancillary projects needed for the enhancement and beautification of the community.
Pavilion Light Enhancements – current lights are antiquated and are being replaced to brighten the area and protect the fixtures.
Grass Carp Replenishment – grass carp are replenished every 3 to 5 years in all community ponds to control excessive vegetation and are used as an alternative to harsh chemicals. Please do not fish the grass carp as we rely on them to keep our pond maintenance costs down and avoid the use of chemicals to control weeds and other vegetation. This is a natural solution to keeping our ponds healthy and beautiful!
Park Tree Maintenance – tree maintenance is performed on an annual basis in the common areas to determine trees, shrubs or other limbs that need to be removed. This is done to not only clean up the common areas, but in the preparation for storms where damage could occur if work is not performed proactively. Please note, this evaluation is conducted in common areas of the neighborhood, homeowners are responsible for trees or other vegetation on their property.
Flag Replacement – annual replacement of the U.S. flag at the park. A dignified retirement of the existing flag was conducted in accordance of the U.S. Flag Code.
