Our management company conducts monthly inspections for violations that are visible from the street to include (but not limited to) lawn maintenance, fence condition, unapproved modifications, parking rules (not parking on lawns or vacant lots), damage to siding, garages, etc.
The Saddlewood Covenants are found on the governing docs page of the website. Covenants are important as they preserve the property value and aesthetic appeal of the Community.
