The HOA ARC (Architectural Review Committee) form is required to request exterior property modifications. Homeowners must submit this form with applicable documents, which may include surveys, sketches and material samples (list not meant to be all inclusive), before building a fence, painting, or making other modifications listed in the Covenants.
