The 2025 Saddlewood Annual Membership Meeting to review and approve the 2026 budget, grant projects and other community business. Materials and meeting notice will be provided will mailed prior to the meeting date.

Saddlewood is participating in a Neighborhood Grant Opportunity to enhance the community. Projects must address an external beautification or improvement that benefits the common areas of the neighborhood. Participation in the grant, if awarded, helps make improvements while keeping the HOA fees low.
The light for the reader board display will be replaced with a lower cost (solar) solution. THANK YOU to the resident that volunteered to handle the replacement, we appreciate your generous contribution and talent.

Grass carp will be restocked in all community ponds. Grass carp are essential as they are a low cost, and natural, effective control of nuisance aquatic weeds.
